The AI can “read” blueprints and recognize objects within them, instantly calculating the required volumes of materials and labor.

The most convenient part of the solution is its full integration with the engineer’s everyday tools. The system automatically finds the necessary items in material catalogs, generates a complete estimate, and transfers it directly to “Grand‑Estimate” or 1C. This not only frees specialists from routine work but also protects the company from errors that are inevitable when manually transferring thousands of figures from documents. As a result, calculations that used to take months are now completed in a matter of hours, allowing the developer to launch new projects much faster.
